Cher keeps running afoul of Oddrey, the meanest girl in school. She soon becomes her opponent in self-defense class.

Cher, Dionne, Amber, Sean and Murray are invited by Amber to attend an exclusive Hollywood Halloween party, which turns out to be a stage crew party instead.

Cher runs for homecoming queen in order to win and renounce the crown.
